die groene kentekenplaat achter zijn handelaarsplaten dit houdt in dat de auto momenteel dus ergens te koop staat.

That is the official testcar from Alfa Romeo for those lucky guys who have ordered one and are waiting for their cars to arrive and also for those who might order one of the last available cars (not all 500 are sold by now). They can have a first testdrive in this car. It was also in Frankfurt during the IAA for the same matter. Color is interesting in person.
