We were waiting for it quite a while, but a few weeks ago the time had come. In Holland we ran out of licence plate combinations, so it was time for new plates with the following combination “number-number-letter-letter-letter-number”. A while ago the first car with new licence plates was spotted and also uploaded on Autogespot. Spotter Appeltje, together with a lot of other spotters spotted the first car with the new combination.
Onder de kap van deze C63 zal de bekende atmosferische 6,2 liter V8 komen te liggen. Het vermogen zal waarschijnlijk rond de 450 pk uitkomen. Dit is niet zoveel als Mercedes er in de E63 uitpeuterd, maar nog altijd ruim meer dan beide concurrenten. Met die gigantische V8 zal de AMG niet de lichtste van het stel worden, het is dus aan de techneuten van AMG om ervoor te zorgen dat ze een geweldige auto neerzetten die de strijd daadwerkelijk aan kan gaan met de concurrenten.
