We are outside of Europe again for this new issue of the series of topspots. Because the articles of 2008 are popular, we decided to ad a few more countries. The United Arab Emirates is a place where many rich car fanatics live. In the summer they are usually in Europe but then there is still enough in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Also for our Arabian spotters we made a small overview of the ten topspots!
What are we supposed to talk about. During the three specials at the end of the summer you saw that the people here would rather have a bumper to many than not enough. The same counts for the power, more is always better. The list has eight tuned exotics. The United Arab Emirates is for many a place that they still want to visit to go spotting, even-though that isn't really needed since they always come to us.
