First of all, we would like to wish everyone a happy, healthy, and spot-rich New Year! Without your contributions, Autogespot would never have reached more than 1.7 million spots.
Thank you for all the beautiful spots, discussions, and involvement over the past year. We’re looking forward to enjoying special cars together again in the new year. We also have some fun statistics from the past year. For example, Damors uploaded the highest number of spots with 3,902 in total—an average of almost 11 spots per day! SportsCarsExclusive managed to collect the most star spots with 3,270. There was also someone who was extremely active in a single day: npcarphotography168 uploaded 160 spots within 24 hours!
The busiest day on Autogespot was May 3rd, with 1,093 spots in 24 hours. In addition, we welcomed 9,186 new users last year and are closing the year with 5.7 million unique visitors!
Looking ahead to the new year, we will be implementing a small change to the rules as of January 1st. Cars that are on display, regardless of location, will no longer be allowed from that moment on. This includes cars displayed at places such as shops, karting tracks, schools, or fire stations. We’ve noticed that there has been a lot of confusion recently about what is and isn’t allowed. With this adjustment, we’re drawing a clear line as of January 1st, so the rules are clear and the same for everyone.
