Background story: the tuned Aventador van Nasser Al-Thani

On the moment of writing, it's the tenth of July, 2012. On that moment, the meanwhile famous Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 appears on Autogespot. It's the newest toy of the business-man from Qatar, Abdullah bin Nasser bin Abdullah Al Ahmed Al Thani, aLamborghini Aventador LP760-2 Oakley Design. In the meantime, this Aventador has gone true some adventures.

This Aventador has gone through some visible modifications. The wheels remained standard, they're only painted black. The body is now covered by a matte pink wrap and at the back there's a massive wing which provides the car of the necessary downforce at high speeds. Under the glass bonnet some things did also change, so now the engine sends sixty extra horsepower to the rear wheels instead of all four wheels. On the left rearview mirror, we see a nice Italian Tricolore painted, and on the side we see the initials of the owner, NA. Finally, the roof is painted black to contrast the pink wrap. The beast travelled with the owner from Canned to Monaco, to go to Geneva via London, where it was captured in March 2013. The car was also spotted near its house, at the Dubai Mall, in April 2013. Now we car cleary see the car is modified again. On the photos of Geneva in March we already saw a set of ADV.1 wheels on the car, but now it's the rear of the car that has been changed. Also in Dubai on the 21st of April this wasn't seen, but in June it was. The motive of the rear wheels is repeated on the air vents under the rear wheels.

About a month later, the 26st of June 2013 to be precisely, the car appeared again, in London. License plate 420000 was spotted once again. Again it was the Aventador, and again it was completely redone. Probably the Oakley Design-tuned Aventador wasn't enough for Al-Thani, as he considered retuning his car again. This time we can see the Lamborghini appearing in a purple wrap with the savage lines of the thing amplified by the orange lines. Still, we can see the famous NA-initials on the car. The car looks monsterous with the wrap, with the contrasting brake callipers and orange lines.

The story isn't over yet. On the moment it's driving around in London again, but not constantly. As you might have heard or seen, the car was seized by the British police, because it drove around unassured. This moment of seizing took place on the 26th of June 2013. When everything is done by the normal procedure, this car would be destroyed by the shredderl In that case this 1600 kilograms of carbon fiber, aluminium, leather and alcantara would be pushed into a block the size of a shopping trolly. Happely though Nasser Al-Thani was able to make a deal with the British tax authority to insure this car. Just more than a week later, on the 5th of July, the car was back on the British tarmac.
