It’s time for the very last article in our ‘Best of 2013’ series. This final article goes out to one of the few spotters from Ireland, Arthur Doyle . He selected some photos from Ireland and his holiday in the Netherlands and Belgium.

I was sitting on the Bus at 08.30 AM on a Sunday morning going to the camera shop I work in. I wasn't too happy because I was missing Cars and Coffee that day. I walked of the bus and turned around and WOW! The Sun was rising and my first F-TYPE V6 S was standing there. It has made the long days work that little bit easier.

I was on a day trip to Antwerp with my parents during my holiday in the Netherlands. I was walking to the new interactive museum in the heart of Antwerp, I hadn't seen any nice cars yet until just outside the museum I saw my first 991! It was in such a nice place for taking shots I just had to include it here!

I was walking up Zandvoort main street looking for a place to have dinner that evening. I then saw a this stunning black Audi R8. Naturally I took out my camera and started taking some pictures of it. I then heard the car unlock, the owner was sitting in the restaurant opposite of the car. He told me to open it and take some pictures of the interior, if I wanted. Then after I had finished and was just about to leave the owner his son hopped over the wall of the restaurant and asked if I wanted a go in it! Before I knew it I was sitting in this beast with its 18 year old driver! He gave me an Autogespot flyer and asked if I was a member. He told me that only the week before he had been spotted! After half an hour of racing around Noord-Holland, we went to the seafront to take some pictures! Such an amazing experience!

I was on one of my normal spotting trips in the richest suburb of Dublin, called Ballsbridge. This is where all the embassies and luxury hotels are. I was walking past the Four seasons hotel which always has some nice cars in its parking garage. I saw this SLS and I was in awe. It’s a pretty insane spot in Ireland as there is only one copy on Irish plates. Luckily for once they didn't mind me taking pictures there and the valets where even admiring it themselves!

I was driven home in my dad’s car from Dublin city center. I had just picked up a 18-135 IS STM and was heading back to school to shoot the school play. We were driving only I caught a glimpse of this beast and shouted to my dad to stop the car! An F12 in Dublin! Now that is insane! There isn't even one in all of Ireland apart from in the dealership in North Ireland. I was stunned, such an amazing experience!

This photo kinda sums up my holiday in the Netherlands. It was after dinner and my parents were of having a coffee somewhere so I decided to go spotting. I saw this 991 Carrera 4s convertible. I know if you live on the continent this isn't special but trust me you just don't get these in Ireland. The light was perfect and it was a perfect ending to another perfect day! Seriously, it was the best holiday ever!
