It was spotted with this wrap in Serbia a year ago. It appears that it embarked on a rally from Riga to Montenegro. Now, it has ended up in Monaco instead. Did it get lost along the way?
Perhaps, it's more likely that the owner simply keeps the wrap on the car because they like it.
