actually i would not be too sure if it is a Pur Sang because the side areas behind the doors are black as well. I don't think you can tell from the rims or the carbon parts because the veyron was designed as the customers wished. It could be a Pur Sang whose owner decided to want to have the sides covered in carbon or a "normal" veyron whose owner wanted to let his bug look like a pur sang, but bugatti didn't let him make it look exactly like the real Pur Sang.
