Bugatti’s Art Deco masterpiece: The Chiron L’Ébé

Every once in a while, something truly special surfaces in the automotive world. This time, it’s one of only three Bugatti Chiron L’Ébé models ever built, an Art Deco-inspired tribute that has just been spotted out in the wild.

The rare hypercar was first caught on camera leaving a hotel parking lot in Hamburg, Germany, before making its way through the city streets. Later that same day, it was seen back in the Netherlands, cruising the highway near Stroe. A double sighting of such an exclusive machine is a real treat.

A tribute to Ettore Bugatti’s eldest daughter

The L’Ébé edition carries a deeply personal story. L’Ébé Bugatti, Ettore’s eldest daughter, was not only tied to the brand by name, bearing her father’s hidden initials, but also by her insight into Bugatti’s early history. This exclusive trio of Chirons was built in her honor, blending the brand's legendary craftsmanship with the elegance of her beloved Art Deco style.

Design: Subtle elegance meets striking detail

The Chiron itself takes inspiration from Bugatti’s 1937 Le Mans-winning Type 57G Tank, with flowing character lines that define its silhouette. For the L’Ébé version, Bugatti adds three sleek, gold-colored stripes that run the full length of the Blue Royal carbon fiber bodywork, creating a bold yet minimalist contrast.

Gold accents don’t stop there, each one is manually applied with painstaking precision. The iconic Bugatti Macaron, EB emblems, horseshoe grille, fuel cap, and rear diffuser are all finished in this delicate golden touch, showcasing the brand’s unmatched attention to detail.

Inside the Chiron L’Ébé

The cabin is just as carefully crafted. Blue-tinted exposed carbon sets the tone, paired with a light-versus-dark color theme, a nod to the car’s dark blue exterior and gold highlights. Both door panels carry a special motif illustrating the visual evolution of Bugatti’s icons, from its early Grand Prix cars to the EB110, Veyron, and finally the Chiron itself.

Unique leather treatments further elevate the experience. On the driver’s side, the panel is finished in Silk leather with Lake Blue accents, while the passenger side flips the colors in reverse. These small yet impactful details remind you that this is no ordinary Chiron, it’s a rolling piece of Bugatti history.

Bugatti’s artistry at its finest

The Chiron L’Ébé is a showcase of what happens when performance meets artistry. With only three in existence, it’s as exclusive as they come, and every sighting on the road is a reminder of Bugatti’s ability to blend speed, history, and timeless design into one unforgettable package.
