It was kind of difficult to find info on this, Campagna posted about it on their IG a while back but no info about it. I then found an ad for this T-Rex online at a car dealership in a village in Illinois that says it's a unique car built to commemorate Canada's 150th Anniversary, not sure how it ended up there, but I'm thankful it's back here in Montreal.
