Caught in the wild: Lamborghini Huracán Performante

Just recently we were introduced to the Huracán Performante at the Geneva Motor Show. Lamborghini is working hard on the first production cars and as we can see in this spot, it won't be long before the first customers can enjoy their new Ring record holder.

We can't get enough of this car and the specs are just amazing! 640 hp, weight of 1,382 kilogram (3,047 lb.), 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 2,9 seconds and a top speed of 325 km/h (202 mph). And the Performante took the world by storm when it announced the record time.
How on earth is it possible to lap the Ring faster (6:52) than a Porsche 918 Spyder? The answer is just not in the numbers, but pure in the aerodynamics of the Huracán Performante. The days that Lamborghini only delivered loud and extreme looking cars is over! Engineering has taken a leap forward!
