@TYI not at all! In my hometown (not really but it’s still super close and I do everything there) Vicenza there’s a huge American barracks, the Camp Ederle, and that brings a huge number of American muscle cars such as a ton of Mustangs, a few Camaros and a bit less Dodges, but they’re still quite a big number! I’ve seen Jeep SRTs, Hellcats (also a Durango Hellcat) and overall many import license plates (starting with ZA in Italy). There are also many US-spec cars! I have spotted an X3 M non-Competition and an M3 with the US spec, plus the American cars as far as I remember :)
