Stunning HPE700 (700 HP) Hennessey ZL1 Convertible in a matte white wrap. It's a little dirty while parked on East Balboa Blvd. Found it again the next day just a few blocks away from where I first spotted this car. Not sure what the logo means just above the HPE700 sign.
