Spotted for the first time in Overland Park (KS)

Ever since I have been following my friends Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/BeautifulCarsAroundTheWorldAndTornadoes) I had the wish to spot a Tornado and spottable car at the same time. And even though this storm was not a tornado at that time I made the pics, it eventually did...so I came very close. The sirenes were going off and we were rushing home, we could see the storm approaching our house and the cell was just amazing. And just when we approached the exit to our house we noticed the SuperBee coming up on us. So we were able to get some shots of it, but just like us he was in a hurry to get home or somewhere since we were afraid of hail (can be baseball size large during a storm like this). Ultimately the storm past our area and just outside of the metro there were touchdowns but nobody got hurt. That's live in Kansas, one of the five States that are part of the Tornado Alley USA.

Thanks @lyon1845 @LDJ @Horse-Power @thomcarspotter ! @Rivitography it looks more dangerous than it was and we usually go out and watch to see the storms in the hope to see a tornado. We know when a storm can go crazy or not, and exactly what it's path is, so at no time we were in danger, and nope no damage to the house or anything.

I was about to ask if you edited that, then I read the description. Very cool shots Steven! I'm glad it didn't turn into a tornado while you were out.
