Most of you have heard of the car manufacturer Fisker of the Karma that will come on the market in 2010. This company has been producing exclusive cars for a long time already. In 2005 two very exclusive hand-built cars were presented on basis of a Mercedes-Benz SL and a BMW 6-series, and now finally one has been spotted! The Fisker Latigo CS, a limited Fisker based on the BMW 6-series.
Only 150 examples of this Fisker Latigo CS are built, most of these examples are probably in the United States. The designs are from Henrik Fisker, ex-designer at Aston Martin. One thing is for sure, the man is good at drawing concepts, he designed the BMW Z8, Aston Martin DB9 and of course the magnificent Fisker Karma.
In 2005 Fisker Coachbuild showed us two special models, the Fisker Tramonto and this Latigo. This spotted Latigo is based on a BMW 650i or a BMW M6. Before you knock on the door at Fisker you first have to buy a 6-series if you want them to rebuild it. The rebuild is not cheap, you can count on 150.000 euros! Of course the changes your car gets are unique, all the parts are handmade and built to your liking. The design is even more classy and tight than the the standard design. If you request the power to be increased, that is also possible. An advantage of the Fisker is that you can just go to the dealer of the concerning brand, Mercedes of BMW. This very unusual car was spotted in Montecito, USA in the state of California. It is a real topspot which we will probably see back in the end of the year in the topspot of the year selection!
