Wilton House, more than 500 of the world's most impressive, breathtaking and expensive cars. Two weekends ago, this year's edition took place and we were present together with 15.000 other visitors. The event was a big success!
Bugattis, McLarens and Aston Martins were shown together with the historical Formula 1 cars on the estate of Wilton House. Lord Pembroke, host of the event, told us to be very happy with the amount of cars and visitors of this year's edition. "I never expected the event to overgrow my dreams". Next to that, he told us that it was the perfect choice to split the event over two days. The Wilton Classic & Supercar with Castrol EDGE was all about 100 classic cars on Saturday. On Sunday, these cars were replaced by 100 of the most impressive supercars on the world.
The daily parade was hosted by the ambassador of the event, Tiff Needell, who told us that the variety and quality of the cars made this one of the most impressive events of the year.
Highlight of the event was definitely the way Bugatti celebrated the tenth anniversary of the Veyron. This happened in style with a very impressive Bugatti collection. Next to that, we also saw the McLaren and Ferrari of Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost parked next to each other for the first time since the famous carsh in the Japanese Grand Prix, 25 years ago. And last but not least, let's not forget the real car from "Back to the Future". This DeLorean was transported from Florida for this event only!
