There are a lot of cars from Saudia Arabia with only a 1 in the license plate, as you can see it also has NLS after number 1, so the license plate is 1 NLS and not only 1. For example, this GTO also has a 1: http://www.autogespot.nl/ferrari-599-gto-1/2012/10/16#img1

Nice spot Patrick!! I've also seen this 458 but it was parked in a very dark spot so it was impossible to take good pictures.

Thanks. Rice is right, in KSA you have thousands of combinations with 1 due to the letters following the number.
