Here you guys, this is what I have chosen as Spot #700. I first found this beautiful 2015 Ferrari 458 Speciale driving on Sound Beach Avenue on 8/08/2015, however Photo 2 was the only photo I could get of it. After almost a full year later, I found it again parked at Elevate Fitness and later found it driving on Sound Beach Avenue on 8/06/2016. The owner told me he had multiple cars but this one was his favorite. I am posting this today, 8/08/2016 as it has been exactly one year since I had found it before. This has been the only Speciale I have found on the road so far, and I hope I find more.

@OPspotters thanks man! I love the spec on this one as well! I feel like it was only yesterday that I posted spot #600 lol.
This is drop dead gorgeous. We have a Speciale A down here in a similar specification, it's nice as hell.
