Wow... I still can't believe I saw this insane Ferrari 458 Spider Novitec Rosso driving near Palmer Park in Reading! This is my first spot of one! It sounded amazing! The owner revved and accelerated as shown in the video below. I believe this car may be local as I have seen it once before in Reading but I couldn't get pictures. The supercar scene in Reading is certainly improving! I'm not sure what rims its on, but they look a bit like Lexanis.
