I wonder where this car comes from. On the licence plate I can read "CEMAC". Cemac stands for Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC)— The countries are Cameroon, Chad, the Central African Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, and the Republic of Congo. So my guess is the car is from Congo (RC: Republic of Congo?) but I may be wrong. Anyway i never saw a licence plate like this one in Paris before...
