Ferrari F355 Berlinetta passes in a crash in Eersel

Every we see tens of Ferraris crashing, most of them are older models. You can simply say it's just bad luck, but mostly self-satisfaction plays part in the scenery. In the Dutch town of Eersel a man crashed his Ferrari F355 Berlinetta in the Schadewijk (Damage quarter when translated literally, ironically) into a tree. Quite a shame, because the car had to be cut open to get the driver out safely. With that, the car is declared total-loss.

According to some sources the driver took the corner too fast and too wide, after which he gave too much opposite lock to the steering wheel, so he couldn't miss the tree. The driver itself could step out, but the passenger had too much pain for getting out on own power. Ferrari or not, the roof was cut of to make sure the injuries wouldn't get any worse when removing the passenger. The Ferrari is brought to a demolition firm, maybe some parts can still be sold.
