Spotted for the first time in Bayreuth

Quite a weird spot. I don´t dislike the golden wheels on this F430, it´s the modifications to it which irritate me. It has air outtakes in the hood and a center exhaust in the back. I´ve never seen that before on this model but I couldn´t find a car tuner´s program to which this fits or even badges on the car itself. Help in the comments is appreciated.
