We're back! And this time we can show you the first specifications of the new Ferrari F12berlinetta. Rumors talk about the name F12 GTO but we guess that the car will get another name. Forget about the name, we have the first specifications of the new F12!
The V12 in the front is pushed to the limit and produces at least 780 hp. The car is developed even further and has, just like the Porsche 991 GT3, swiveling rear wheels for an even better handling. This better handling is shown with the lap time of this F12 'GTO' on Fiorano. The car does a lap in 1 minute and 21 seconds. This is more than two seconds faster than the standard F12. The back of the car looks a bit like the '64 250 GTO with the fins behind the rear wheels and the spoiler. Ferrari also managed to reduce the weight. A completely carbon fiber roof and some other adjustments make sure that the car weighs just 1.415 kilograms. That's 100 kilograms less than the standard F12berlinetta.
