If I can choose one of the most amazing cars ever built I would choose the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722 Edition. Why? This spot shows you why!
Spotting from the side of the highway is a very special activity. The result are some great photos like photo one for example. The long nose, many dark details and red calpiers make this a fighter jet for the streets. When this car was introduced, people weren't that happy with the fact that the car didn't produce 722 hp. Mercedes-Benz came up with this special version which compensated with a power boost and even more special looks.
Together with the Ferrari 599 GTO, this model is the perfect example of the difference a few details can make. The carbon fiber spoiler lip and the darkened headlights give the car a completely different look than the normal SLR McLaren, the car is now even more brutal! Long before AMG started to create more brutal Black Series models, Mercedes-Benz already did the same with this 722 Edition. This definitely is one of my favorite cars, especially when it's being used like it should!
