I find Madrid one of the most difficult cities to spot. There are a lot of spots around there's no denying that, but in my experience its seems that they are never parked, and when I see them driving they are always in super busy streets where most of the times a car will appear in front and therefore I will not have enough good photos of the car.

I feel like Barcelona has a similar situation...You can only see cars on underground parkings because if they park on the street they are likely to get a parking ticket or their paint scratched...
