The offer seems to good to be true, but apparently the real estate developer is willing to spend some money. For an amount of around AED 865.000, which is about 200.000 euros, you will buy a holiday home and get a sports car for free. An Aston Martin Vanquish is often more expensive than an average house so there will probably be a snake in the grass somewhere. Living in Dubai isn't complete without a sports car and with the low fuel prices in Dubai this is a great offer.
