Over time, the gold paint oxidized, resulting in its current distinctive look. Despite its aged exterior, the car has been fully restored underneath, and the current owner plans to keep the paint as is, as it reflects the car’s remarkable journey. This iconic Gullwing has been spotted at various locations over the years, including Rotterdam, Netherlands, in 2022, and later in Maastricht in 2024, before making its way to Switzerland. Unlike its past, this Gullwing isn’t destined to sit idle - its owner ensures it hits the road often, adding even more character to its storied past.
