Geneva 2013: Pagani Huayra

We are heading towards the last Geneva Motor Show articles but we saved the best for last. Pagani’s stand in Geneva is filled with two Huayra’s. A beautiful blue copy with an extra carbon fiber splitter which caught a lot of attention is maybe the most beautiful Huayra made so far.

The presentation of the blue copy comes together with the introduction of a Sonus Faber sound system of 1200 Watt for the Huayra. Ideal for when you’re done with the soundtrack of the V12 and you want to listen to some music. We know Pagani and this system will definitely fit perfect in the Huayra.

The heart of the Huayra is a six liters V12 biturbo coming from Mercedes-Benz’ tuning department AMG. Eventually, the engine has a different character compared with the AMG V12. Pagani adjusts the V12 to make it fit in the Huayra. The crazy V12 produces 700 hp and more than 1000 Nm of torque. It’s enough to launch the 1350 kilograms weighing Huayra to 100 kph in 3.2 seconds and eventually you can even reach 370 kph.
