Geneva 2014: Mansory Carbonado GT

All over Mansory’s stand you see carbon fiber. The lightweight material is used in every car they build. One of the most impressive supercars on the show is the Mansory Carbonado GT based on the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4. An Aventador with which Mansory went a step further than they ever did before.

The Aventador has an aggressive styled front with improved air intakes. The complete front bumper, sideskirts and rear bumper are replaced by a carbon fiber bodykit by Mansory. The bodykit makes the Aventador 40 millimeters wider at the front and 50 millimeters at the back. All added components, including spoilers improve the airflow and downforce of the car. An enormous air intake on the roof completes the Carbonado GT.

The carbon fiber and aggressive styling is not all, because Mansory also installed a twinturbo system on the engine. Besides that, the pistons, connecting rod, crankshaft and cylinder heads are replaced by racing parts. A completely redeveloped titanium exhausts creates an amazing sound.

All new components and the twinturbo system resulted in a power of 1.600 hp and a limited torque of 1.200 Nm. Mansory says that the top speed of the car is 370 kph and the sprint to 100 kph will take only 2.1 seconds.
