Geneva 2016: Pagani Huayra BC

Five years ago, Pagani brought some big news to the Geneva Motor Show, the Huayra. For the first time since 1999 they came up with a completely new model. Now, in 2016, Pagani finally comes up with a second version of the Huayra, the BC. A great but limited version which will get a lot of attention.

The name BC is a homage to a customer of Horacio Pagani, Benny Caiola, a famous Italian car collector who passed away in 2010. Where the Huayra is known for its elegance, Horacio Pagani does something completely different with the BC. The car had to look way more aggressive. Pagani used a lot of carbon fiber and other spoilers for some extra downforce. Thanks to a weight reduction of 132 kilogramns and an extra 100 horsepower, the performance of the BC takes the Huayra to another level.

Shifting gears is done with a renewed gearbox which is even faster than before. This gearbox shifts gears in 75 milliseconds instead of 150 milliseconds. The sprint from zero to 100 ph can be done in less than three seconds which is quite a performance for a Pagani.

The car is limited to 20 copies and all of these copies are already sold out.
