Geneva 2017: Brabus G 550 Adventurer

The Mercedes G500 4x4² is already quite insane. We guess that it will be hard to come close to the capacities of this car. Still, some people love to play Indiana Jones or Lara Croft and for those people it’s never good enough. That’s why Brabus brought their 550 Adventurer to Geneva.

It’s for sure that the engineers and developers of Brabus continued where Mercedes stopped. Let’s start with the V8 that now produces 550 hp, which explains the 550 in its name, and 800 Nm of torque. This performance makes this brute sprint to 100 kph in 6.7 seconds and makes it reach a top speed of 210 kph.

That’s a great performance for such a car but it’s not very interesting for those who’re planning to use this car off-road. Let’s start with the front where Brabus added a bulbar and a reinforced bumper with a pulley attached. That might be handy when you need to pull some cars away that got stuck while driving off-road. Next to that Brabus added some lighting in the shape of a LED strip and two big construction lights on the roof. From now on you can also adjusted your dampers electronically.

Brabus managed to make the G500 4x4² even better. The car looks really brutal and we can’t wait to see this car in the dangerous and off-road streets of London.
