A while ago some photos of a hardcore BMW M2 surfaced. We don’t know if BMW will really come up with this model but we do know that tuning company Hamann offers the perfect solution in the meantime.
Of course, the standard amount of power of the BMW M2, the 370 hp, isn’t that bad but dreaming of the amount of power of the M3 or M4 in a more compact car like the M2 is something we all do. That’s exactly what Hamann did with this car.
They offer a power boost of 50 hp and 65 Nm of torque. This makes it a total of 420 hp and 530 Nm of torque. They gained this by improving the software of the ignition. Their improvement doesn’t affect the warranty by BMW.
Do you want a better sound for your M2? Hamann also offers a new set of exhausts. You can choose between carbon, matte black or chrome exhaust tips.
