Hurry up with the Lamborghini Cabrera! Will it debut in Geneva?

We already expected the successor of the Lamborghini Gallardo a few years ago but thanks to the fact that Lamborghini kept selling Gallado’s, the Cabrera was deferred for a few years. The Gallardo got a few facelifts and this kept the car modern enough. Now, the era of the Cabrera started and we can see that because of this prototype. Lamborghini has started testing the Cabrera which makes it possible that the car will be introduced in Geneva, next year!

At least, that’s what we hope for. Lamborghini started testing the Aventador LP700-4 more than a half year before the introduction and they also gave away some teasers about this car. We hope that Lamborghini will do this the same way with the successor of the Lamborghini Gallardo. Behind the driver we will probably still see the 5.2 liters V10. This engine will probably produce around 600 hp to keep up with the competitors. The car won’t get a manual gearbox because the E-GEAR gearbox will be the standard in the Cabrera, but maybe they will also come up with a manual version? We’ll just have to wait what Lamborghini comes up with.
