This weekend, the Monterey car weekend takes place and the BMW M division promised us to show a concept we never saw before. We all know that this will be the BMW M4 Coupé and the first picture of this concept is already leaked at our colleagues of auto55.be. Tomorrow evening, all the pictures and details will be released, let’s hope that they will also release some specifications.
Our expectation is that the M4 Coupé will be lighter and more powerful. The roof will be made out of carbon fiber, just like we know from the M3 E46 CSL. The straight six engine will produce around 450 hp and will accelerate to 100 kph in about four seconds. The car is helped by a seven speed DCT gearbox. Thanks to the use of turbos, the torque is increased compared with the E92 M3. Up to 150 extra Nm are added.
