According to its Chevrolet, the Corvette can't be brutal enough. After the quite sporty Z06 of the previous generation, they came up with the crazy ZR1, which was very brutal. That's why we can expect some super sporty models of the current generation, to start with the Z06. This car is ready and is waiting for its debut on the Detroit Motor Show in January. But Chevrolet wants to tease us before this motor show. What can we expect of this car?
The previous generation Corvette Z06 produced up to 506 hp. That same engine, a seven liters V8, can easily be boosted towards 600 hp. We can't say much about this photo. Only that the car will get Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tires together with some carbon fiber details. According to Chevrolet, the new Z06 will be the best track ready Corvette ever, with a unqiue performance. The previous Z06 wasn't that different compared with its less powerful brother but we expect this to change!
