When you fail with something (plate, model, city, etc) you can correct it clicking "Report spot" on the top oh the page (between the spotter name and the car name), and clicking then is easy "The description (make, type) or location of the spot is wrong". There you can change whatever you need ;)
It won't appear now in this spot because I corrected it and it cant be reported again till the admins accept or deny the report

@lyon1845: not that big of a deal with only a few spotters in the US. They have to find a new formula...for example wait till you have at least 50 spots or so. Lot more competition for EU spotters.
