The special edition of the Nevera shows up in Dubai by night

Just as the first Neveras are being delivered, there is already a limited edition called "Time Attack." The deliveries of this edition have also started, and we can hopefully enjoy some of these models this summer.

We have known Rimac for many years. Over the past decade, prototypes have been repeatedly shown, but it took a lot of patience before a finished product finally hit the market. The rarity of these cars can be attributed to several factors. Although electromobility seems like a bed of roses, it remains uncertain how it will develop in the luxury car and sports car industries. If you buy an electric Smart for $40,000, and its battery becomes completely worn out and unusable in 10-15 years, it’s not a big deal to replace it. However, if you pay two million for a Nevera, and the battery lasts maybe a solid 20 years (if at all), it’s somewhat unfortunate. The car collector would rather spend their money on a Ferrari hypercar that triples in value over the same period.

Where electromobility will take us is very uncertain, but what is certain is that it is still very immature at the moment. Nevertheless, there are buyers for these cars, and they might be very happy with their electric hypercars. While only 150 units of the Nevera are being produced, just eleven units of the "Time Attack" will be made. The bright green color also has an interesting story. When Rimac's founder set a record with his modified M3 E30 eleven years ago, it was painted in this exact green. If the buyers don't like the green, they can choose other colors. The car remains black, either painted or with visible carbon fiber, and the color details can be configured in this green, a rich red, or blue. The interior remains the same for all.
