I found this 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT on Kentucky plates turning onto West Elm Street on 11/9/2024. Despite the owner's attempts to illegally obscure the plate to dodge tolls/plate readers, I was able to use the legible characters to determine the plate number which comes back to this car according to Carfax.
