This was the second car I saw being loaded in a truck. I was so surprised to see those cars as this was totally random and unexpected!

I see this spot has been reported. I suppose that the person that reported this spot did it because he thinks this was an event.
However this was a totally random find. Some say it was an Artcurial sale. If you go on their internet site you can find the agenda:

I spotted the car yesterday on the 16 of december. So this has Nothing to do with artcurial sales.
By the way the cars that were loaded in the truck came from a parking lot opposite from the Champs Elysée. The truck was parked there because it was easier for the truck driver to load the cars there than on a narrow street.
Just that people now.
