It's actually from Poland, a lot of expensive cars from here are registered in Czech Republic or Slovakia to avoid taxes. ;)

I actually thought about that, because I've seen many serious supercars in Poland. But, it's strange because most of them have Polish plates. This happens sometimes in Greece. Owners wear to their cars Bulgarian plates.
