It's from luxemboug, the plate has been changed from yellow into black. The mat black is also a wrap I've seen it for 5years in Cannes too

Thank jou , I thought that the plate a french plate was but I've seen this car two years ago and with new cars in luxembourg are the plates still jellow .;)

Yeah, the owner wanted to have "black on black", you can find this kind of license plate in luxembourg, but only on collection models before january 1974, so it's not completely legal what he's done ^^
