now this is what i dont understand, circuit (including parking lot) is not allowed but this is? great spot and all but i just cant understand that

Thanks man. Yeah but since the famous Monte Carlo Casino Square is allowed with 40+ supercars (parked in what is really just a parking lot with a fountain in the middle) has been a favourite place to spot for spotters for many years, so why not this? :)
