Lewis Hamilton - His Growing Supercar Collection

Lewis Hamilton will be forever remembered as one of the best Formula 1 drivers the sport has ever seen. There's still a lot left in the tank too, so who knows what kind of records he can break in the future.

But what does he do with all of his hard earned money? Well, he has some nice jewellery and some nice houses, but his passion is investing in supercars. He currently divides his time between his homes in LA and Monaco, the land of supercars and the super-rich. He loves it on the Mediterranean coast. Even more so now after his emphatic win in May at the Monaco Grand Prix.

He might be partial to the odd visit to a casino too, who wouldn't? There are some spectacular casinos in Monaco, all of which offer players a great experience. But, like many of us, if you can't afford to head to Monaco to play at these exclusive casinos, there's always the online world. Check out the trusted online casino reviews if you're tempted. You can find out which ones are the best to play at. Or just fly yourself over to Monaco and enjoy the land casinos, it's up to you.

Supercars. We touched on the fact that Lewis Hamilton loves to buy them, but what ones does he own? Let's list a few.

Pagani Zonda 760LH
Hamilton was spotted in Monaco at the beginning of June riding around in his Pagani Zonda 760LH with Odell Beckham Jr. The NFL star watched from the pit lane as his friend romped to victory in Monaco. His 760LH is painted in a lovely purple colour and has an overwhelming 7.3 litre V12 engine. 760hp. Yes, you read that right. Incredible. What a car.

Hamilton actually crashed this beautiful car back in 2015, but rather than get rid of it, he had it repaired in Italy and returned to him. He's been extremely careful with it ever since. However, he believes it's one of the worst cars he owns. ""The Zonda is terrible to drive! It's the best-sounding car I own, but handling-wise it's the worst. I got it in manual because I didn't like the Tiptronic version," he told a reporter at the Sunday Times.

Ferrari 599 GTO
Lewis Hamilton might have a fierce rivalry with Sebastian Vettel at Ferrari on the track, but he's very much a lover of the cars off the track. He owns a beautiful back 599 GTO, and it was the second car he ever purchased after a Mini Cooper.

He was filmed driving it around for the first time back in 2017 in Monaco, and he has no intention of ever selling it. Only 599 were ever made, hence the name, and it has a powerful 6 litre V12 engine, producing 661hp.

1966 Shelby Cobra 427
What a car this is. Lewis Hamilton owns two of them! He bought the 1966 Cobra 427 that Carroll Shelby advised him to buy after Shelby himself checked it over. Everything was original, so he didn't think twice after hearing that from Shelby.

Why did he buy two? Well, if you want to retain the highest possible value on the car, then it's best you don't drive it at all and just look after it. He actually bought a 1967 427 which he uses instead of the 1966 version as he wants to keep that one in pristine condition. Clever thinking, and he can certainly afford to do that.

Lewis Hamilton owns plenty more supercars, and some are still a secret to this day. Others he owns that we know about include:
Ferrari 599 SA Aperta
Mercedes C200
Mercedes AMG Project One
McLaren P1
1967 Shelby Mustang GT500
His dream car? The Ferrari 250GT. He doesn't even own one! Come on Lewis, you're better than that. In a world where superstars are throwing their money away left, right and centre, Lewis Hamilton has a car collection said to be worth around £15m. Not bad for a young lad from Stevenage.
