More than a week ago we showed your the first photos of the Lexus RC F. The new sports car with racing DNA by Lexus still ahs a V8 attached to a eight speed gearbox. So far nothing new when we compare it with the IS F. Of course, everything is improved, the V8 is more economical and the gearbox shifts faster. The RC F doesn't only look great on renderings, these photos from Detroit, of this pre production model, look amazing!
We have to say, the RC F looks really great. Even on these photos from the motor show, the RC F is a beauty with its dark blue colour. According to Lexus, the new developed V8 is the most powerful engine ever produced by the company. You'll sprint to 100 kph in less than 4.8 seconds. The V8 produces more than 450 hp, but we don't know how much more yet. One thing's certain, the horrible exhausts from the IS F are gone! We will get more specifications of the car on the Geneva Motor Show!
