One of the most spectacular cars which will probably be shown in Paris is the successor of the legendary McLaren F1. The expectations of what McLaren brings to the beautiful city of Paris are very high. A teaser is now released and a rendering is made of what the supercar possibly will look like.
More than one million Euros and about 1.000 bhp, that are the speculations going around about the new supercar of McLaren. The exhibition of Paris is according to rumors the place where the new model will be shown. McLaren uses the same V8 as the MP4-12C has. Only the engine is tuned to reach 800 bhp. With a KERS system the power can be boosted with 200 bhp to reach a total of 1.000 bhp. Combined with the fact that the car only weighs 1.225 kilograms we can say that the performance will be really spectacular. Some say the sprint to 100 km/h will take only 2.8 seconds and the top speed will be around 390 km/h. Next to the extraordinary performance, the styling will also be much cooler as the clinical MP4-12C. The plan is to make only 500 copies.
