There is no real claim, but McLaren says they completed the Nordschleife in under seven minutes. There is no exact time, but we were at the Nordschleife ourselves when the P1 was performing its hot lap. McLaren has produced a movie about the McLaren P1 driving on the Nordschleife and it looks really great. You really get caught by the atmosphere of the Nordschleife, while the McLaren P1 is still in the middle of the picture.
