It's finally there and it's lookin great! Mercedes-Benz finall unveiled the new C 63 AMG yesterday. The performance of this car is great, it produces 510 hp and that's quite a lot for the C 63 AMG. Back in the days this was impossible but as long as you select the right options you will standard get this much power. But what about the basic version of the C 63 AMG?
The basic version produces 475 hp which is already more than its competitors from Munich. The C 63 AMG and BMW M3 will have a completely different driving experience, but in a straight sprint, they are true competitors. The C 63 AMG is equipped with the four liter V8 with two turbos and produces 475 hp. The C 63 AMG S produces 510 hp and this package also consists some other extras. The engine produces 650 Nm of torque and the sprint from zero to 100 kph takes 4.2 seconds while the top speed is limited to 250 kph!
The S version has some extra black details on the outside of the car which have to make the car look more sporty. Next to that, the V8 is more powerful as we already mentioned. This makes you sprint to 100 kph in 4.1 seconds. Remarkably Mercedes-Benz doesn't offer the 4MATIC system in this AMG (yet?). When this car will be available with 4MATIC the sprint will be even faster. To celebrate the introduction of this model Mercedes-Benz comes up with the C 63 AMG S First Edition. Remarkably, the logos at the back of the car are placed on the other side than we're used to! Anyhow, it's time for some photos of this new model!
