Mercedes-Benz shows GLA 45 AMG concept in Los Angeles

During the Los Angeles Auto Show, Mercedes-AMG presented their vision on the compact high-performance SUV. The Concept GLA 45 AMG is equipped with the most powerful produced four-cylinder in the world, the engine we know from the A 45 AMG. It produces 360 hp and 450 Nm of torque. The GLA 45 AMG will continue the model line of the CLA and A 45 AMG. Dynamic cars for a younger group of customers.

Tobias Moers, director of Mercedes-AMG GmbH says that they want to conquer a place in the strong growing segment of compact SUVs with their Concept GLA 45 AMG. They've made a dynamic high-performance car for a younger group of customers for who styling, dynamics and independence are very important. The most powerful four-cylinder engine and the AMG Performance 4MATIC four-wheel drive system make the GLA 45 AMG really unique. The sprint to 100 kph takes less than five seconds. The AMG 4MATIC four-wheel drive system and the AMG SPEEDSHIFT DCT seven speed gearbox give the car a sporty and still efficient performance. It's still a concept but we guess that Mercedes-AMG will produce this car.
