Just after coming out the historical building (Casa del Pingone) I've mentioned in the Cayenne Turbo S spot I have just posted, I was really surprised to find this amazing German SL 63 parked in front of the 4-Star hotel NH Collection Torino Santo Stefano, where I've never spotted a car before the Cayenne of a couple hours before! Sadly the black Nissan Pixo and some metal poles from the hotel made difficult pics of front and rear end, but luckily the really kind owner accepted to wait a couple minutes in a better position before moving the car to the underground parking of the hotel, like I have said to him I'm a huge fan of this generation of the SL but sadly those cars are very rare in Italy.
I really like the first pic as it shows Porte Palatine, the only surviving gate of the city during the Roman Empire, when Turin was called Augusta Taurinorum,
there are not many places in the world where you can spot a car with a Roman building behind, which is 2100 years old!
