Now we can enjoy a SLS AMG with an upgraded speed of 8000 rpm and the car still has the heavy hammering sound from the 6.2 liters V8 engine. We want to introduce you to the god of darkness, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series with a stunning 630 bhp!
630 bhp, that an 59 bhp upgrade compared with the standard SLS AMG. Thanks to the use of a lot of carbon fiber, the weight is reduced with 70 kilograms. Combine this with faster shifting and the SLS AMG Black Series sprints to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds! Remarkable is the fact that the top speed of the Black Series is slower than the normal SLS AMG, it now is 315 km/h instead of 317 km/h, still very, very fast! The most weight is reduced in the exhaust, up to thirteen kilograms was reduced thanks to the use of titanium. The Black Series will be in the showrooms in June and the price is still unknown.
